AI Engineer – VSIP II, Binh Duong

- Design and implement AI/ML/DL solutions for smart manufacturing, including computer vision and LLM-based applications
- Develop AI models, process data, and integrate AI applications with MES and factory data systems
- Build AI-powered automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks
- Deploy, monitor, and improve AI models in real-world production environments
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to address operational challenges through AI solutions
WORKING SCHEDULE
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:40 PM, with every other Saturday off according to the company schedule
WORKING LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
- Based at VSIP II Industrial Park, Binh Duong
- Shuttle bus service available from Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, and Ho Chi Minh City
- Candidates living in Binh Duong and able to commute independently are preferred.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML Engineering
- Strong Python programming skills and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with LLM applications, prompt engineering, and deploying AI models using Docker
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 605 or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with computer vision technologies such as OpenCV, YOLO, or Cognex, and industrial cameras
- Experience in AI model optimization, industrial data processing, or factory system integration.
