Overview: Responsible for managing training activities at the Quang Ninh plant, ensuring that all training is properly implemented, monitored, and responded to in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze training needs across departments, especially in manufacturing functions.
2. Develop training content or collaborate with internal/external trainers.
3. Coordinate and manage training programs (online/offline, internal/external).
4. Ensure training quality: trainer selection, materials, feedback collection.
5. Operate and maintain the LMS; update training records regularly.
6. Measure training effectiveness
7. Prepare training reports and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
8. In charge of preparing and responding to audit requirements
