Working location: Mapletree Binh Duong Logistic Park, 18 L2-1 Tao Luc 5 Street VSIP II, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
Working schedule: 5.5 days per week. No shuttle bus to transport from other provinces to the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations
- Monitor all daily warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, returns) to ensure smooth operations, system accuracy, SLA compliance, and customer delivery requirements.
- Instruct, guide, and provide on-the-job training for warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs, WI, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Interact with customers to understand business requirements, order profiles, peak volumes, cut-off times, and special handling needs.
- Provide customer support during escalated situations, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and manage overall daily workflow to maintain service levels.
- Support managers in planning and organizing daily operations, manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and continuous improvement activities.
Project Development
- Participate in new project setups, including defining operational processes, standardizing procedures, and developing work instructions.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
End Results / Accountabilities
- Ensure customer KPIs and department KPIs are met.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are planned and executed according to customer requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Achieve operational KPIs and meet business targets.
