Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing the CareerLink.vn job website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access CareerLink.vn. Registering an account or using CareerLink.vn functions after being notified of these Terms is deemed acceptance of the provisions of these Terms.
1. Introduction and Scope
CareerLink.vn (“CareerLink”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online employment platform operated by CareerLink Co., Ltd., where job seekers can search for jobs, create profiles and apply for jobs, and employers can post recruitment notices and search for candidates. Users’ personal data is stored and processed in accordance with current law and CareerLink’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CareerLink.vn website and the CareerLink mobile application. When registering an account, users confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms through a specific confirmation action on the system. Users must be at least 16 years old to register for and use the services.
2. Use of Services
- CareerLink’s services include free services and paid services. Information about the content, price and conditions of paid services is clearly disclosed before users register to use them;
- Users are responsible for providing their own devices and internet connection and for bearing their own access costs (telecommunications charges, devices, etc.);

3. Intellectual Property
- CareerLink owns or is lawfully licensed to use the interface, source code, editorial content, trade name “CareerLink”, logo and domain name “careerlink.vn”. Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting them without CareerLink’s written consent is strictly prohibited;
- Files and forms provided by CareerLink for download may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the accompanying instructions.
4. User-Provided Content
- Users retain ownership of profiles, recruitment notices and content they upload. Users grant CareerLink a non-exclusive right to use such content within the scope necessary to operate and provide the services (storage, display and transmission to recipients selected by users);
- The collection, use and sharing of users’ personal data is carried out only in accordance with CareerLink’s Personal Data Protection Policy and Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15. CareerLink does not transfer users’ information to third parties except in the cases stated in that Policy;
- CareerLink only provides users’ account information and service usage data to third parties when: (i) the user has consented; or (ii) there is a written request from a competent state authority;
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide. Recruitment notices are reviewed by CareerLink before being displayed. CareerLink maintains a mechanism to receive reports and will remove content that violates the law or these Terms after verification, with notice and reasons provided to the uploader.
5. Prohibited Acts
- Violating the law, or contributing to or encouraging violations of the law;
- Obstructing or interfering with other users’ access to or use of the services;
- Unauthorized access to or interference with CareerLink.vn’s systems or technical infrastructure;
- Infringing the honor, reputation, privacy, personal data, intellectual property rights or other lawful rights of any organization or individual;
- Defaming, threatening, harassing or causing mental or material damage to others;
- Mass posting, mass account creation, uploading abnormally large files or similar acts that overload the system;
- Impersonating other organizations or individuals; posting fake or fraudulent recruitment notices; unlawfully charging job seekers;
- Sending spam, chain letters or malware;
- Illegally collecting or aggregating personal information of other users;
- Other acts contrary to law or social ethics.
Depending on the severity of the violation, CareerLink may apply measures including reminders, content removal, temporary account suspension or account termination (with notice and reasons, except where immediate action is required to prevent a serious violation), and may transfer the case file to competent authorities where there are signs of legal violation.
6. Links to Third Parties
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including advertising content, which is distinguished from CareerLink’s informational content. When accessing these links, users leave CareerLink.vn and are subject to the terms and policies of those websites. CareerLink does not control and is not responsible for content provided by third parties, except where otherwise provided by law regarding platform responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
- CareerLink makes efforts to maintain stable and continuous services but does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. For planned service suspension (maintenance or upgrades), CareerLink will provide prior notice on the website; for unplanned incidents, CareerLink will remedy them as soon as possible;
- CareerLink is exempt from liability for damages arising from: force majeure events (natural disasters, fire, widespread telecommunications or power infrastructure failures, decisions of state authorities); users’ fault; or third-party violations outside CareerLink’s reasonable control;
- CareerLink is liable under applicable law for damages arising from CareerLink’s fault;
- Recruitment information and profiles are uploaded by users. CareerLink reviews them according to the process published in the Operating Regulations but does not guarantee recruitment outcomes on behalf of the parties. Users should carefully verify information before transactions and promptly report to CareerLink when detecting signs of fraud, especially requests to pay money before receiving a job.
- Nothing in these Terms shall be understood as excluding or limiting CareerLink’s liability in cases where the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited.
8. Personal Data Protection
The collection, processing, sharing and protection of users’ personal data are carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy published on CareerLink.vn, with a separate consent mechanism for each processing purpose. In case of inconsistency between these Terms and the Personal Data Protection Policy regarding personal data, the Personal Data Protection Policy prevails.
9. Amendment of Terms
CareerLink has the right to amend and supplement these Terms. Amendments will be publicly notified on the website and/or by email to members at least 07 days before the effective date, specifying the changed provisions and effective date. Users who do not agree with the amendments may stop using the services and request account deletion; continued use of the services after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms. For changes related to personal data where the law requires separate user consent, CareerLink will obtain consent again before applying those changes.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes arising between users and CareerLink will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation according to the complaint process in the Operating Regulations. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam. Consumers have dispute resolution rights under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
