Job description
Job summary: We are looking for a General Admin (Thai Language) will be responsible for translation, administrative coordination, and supporting expatriates in daily work-related.
Key responsibility:
1. General Administration
- Support general office administration
- Support company events, employee activities, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
2. Interpretation
- Accurately interpret between Thai and Vietnamese during meetings, discussions, and daily communication when required
- Ensure translated information is clear, accurate, and appropriate for the business context
3. Expats Support
- Assist expats with administrative procedures in Vietnam
- Follow up on administrative requests and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Business travel when required

Required experience / skills detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Thai Language, Thai Studies, Translation and Interpretation, or a related field
- Thai language proficiency is mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience working with Thai expatriates
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proactive, responsible, flexible, and service-minded
