Logistics & Forwarding Executive

*Shipment Management (Booking & Coordination):
- Work with freight forwarders to book vessels (Sea freight) and flights (Air freight) ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Monitor Trucking Service: Coordinate with local trucking vendors to schedule container positioning at the factory in Binh Duong based on the loading plan.
- Coordinate with the internal warehouse team to plan loading schedules and ensure goods are packed according to Amazon FBA / Wayfair standards (palletization, labeling).
- Monitor shipment status daily and update the Sales/Operation team on Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
*Documentation & Customs:
- Prepare and check all export documents: Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, - Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin (C/O).
- Ensure compliance with US Import Regulations (ISF filing, HTS codes, duties, and specific regulations for wood furniture).
- Resolve issues related to customs clearance, lost cargo, or damaged goods during transit.
*Cost & Vendor Management:
- Compare freight rates and negotiate with forwarders to get the best shipping prices.
- Review and approve freight invoices/trucking invoices, ensuring no hidden costs or errors.
*Inventory Support:
- Coordinate with the US trucking team (drayage) to deliver containers from US ports to Amazon/Wayfair warehouses without delays.
