- To work closely with Supplier Management Team and Field Sales Operation management team to establish the trade channel strategies and monthly trade activities with a view to supporting sales team to achieve sales and distribution target.
- Participate on proposing local events, offline marketing strategies based on a brand business plan.
- Conducting research, proposing and launching displaying activities on distribution channels (Increasing product displaying and POSM)
- Collect and analyze market information to better understand consumers/patients and customers and competitors
- Make reports as required by the department
- Analyze sales data and build effective tracking report templates.
- Work and coordinate with Marketing & Sales team to effectively manage distribution, inventory, sales growth, sales policy enforcement and customer service
