- Performs process analysis to design or redesign multiple integrated workflows and process issues to ensure that X-sell Operations processes are efficient.
- Monitor Auto dial process performance and identify the issues
- Analyze and improve existing system process methods and workflow to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance.
- Plans, designs, and implements new system processes.
- Ensure operation process methods and workflow are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
- Coordinate with IT department related to Auto-dialer run, process and testing changes, procedure and development changes, training and system change requests.
- Support for IT and system process.
- Monitor system daily activities.
- Perform other duties required by Line Manager.
- Bachelor Graduate, major: Information Technology or relating area
- At least 04 years’ experiences working in sales management position, database plan processing and system administration, preferably working as telesales for banking or financial institution.
- Deep understanding of database/ campaign management.
- Strong oral & verbal communication skill
- Interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven Leadership skills
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
