- Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
- Collaborating with production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.
- Selling and consulting on technologically and scientifically advanced products.
- Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
- Handle all existing & potential customers for the products throughout the whole country.
- Regularly gather market & competitors’ information, analysis to identify business environment, create marketing & sales strategy, identifying and establishing new business.
- Handle sales contract and price management to achieve overall sales and profitability targets.
- Provide technical support & development to customers.
- Perform problem solving in both sales and technical problem. Handle all customers’ complaints.
- Maintain & develop business relationship with customers, enhance cooperate reputation & image.
- Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings;
- Other duties as assigned.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Bachelor’s degree in chemical field, good technical knowledge in plastics/ rubbers/ construction.
- Age 35 - 40 years.
- Excellent command in English.
- At least 05 years sales / manufacturing experience. Working experience in PVC (pipes, cables, …) and masterbatch applications will be an advantage.
- Need to have good management and communication skill with proper attitude match to corporate behaviours.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, decision making and financial management.
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
- Ability to prioritize and use good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor at all times with strong customer service skills.
- Need to have high analytical skill with a lot of common sense lead to problem-solving, planning, implementation and control to meet company goals and objectives;
- Need to have team spirit and leadership.
