* Job Description:

- TJTECH is looking for a Customer Support – Operator (JPLT N2N3), who will take responsibility for operating our company’s IT product. Clients of TJTECH are usually the “whale” investors of the Asian financial market. They are looking to open financial asset and security exchanges in top financial markets of the Asian region such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.

* Job Requirements:

- Operate IT products using the company’s system

- Contact/Communicate with Japanese customers for daily report

* Work flexibly following the shift below: 6h00-14h30, 14:00-22h30, 22h00-6h30

* Benefit:

- Month salary: Based on qualification ($400 ~ $600)

- Salary review: Once per year (based on employees’ performance)

- Probationary period: 2 months (100% salary paid)

- Bonus: once per year (based on the company’s financial condition)
