- Responsible for Administration/General Affair function.
- Manage and Control the operation of Canteen.
- Conduct and lead all events, activities and engagements of the company like company trip, year-end party, sport activities, CSR activities,....
- Provide proper admin service to all functions and department in the company, especially for production section.
- Manage vendors' employees to follow the tasks and and complete the work plan.
- Perform a leadership role in office management.
- Support teammates and sections to complete the common tasks of General Affair section and company.
- Other works assigned by General Affair Manager.
+ Work location: Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong.
+ Company bus for picking up working staff.
+ 2 Saturdays off/ month.
+ Lunch: offerred by company.
+ Bonus: 2 times/ year.
+ Salary review: 1 time/ year.
- At least graduation from university in the majority of English, accounting, economic or society majorities.
- Ability of English communication.
- At least 3-5 years working in industrial companies (Priority: Japanese manufacturing company and General Affair job).
- Strong working attitude to follow the tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
