* Job Description:
- Makes sales and retain current customer & develop new market to archive the business’s objectives.
- Manage & handle with customer’s complaint to retain brand’s reputation in customer mind.
- Training & coaching new sales staffs to ensure best service provided.
- Monitor and supervise all sales’ activities within region.
- Have strategies within the region to reach the target of sales & productivity and risk controlling.
- Co-operate and working closely with partners.
- Certify as a reliable person for cooperation, get the commitment & support from partners.
- High ability of deployment, monitoring, checking, reviewing, decision making

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

* Job requirement:
- Fluently in English writing and communication.
- Experience of business planning and performance management processes and activities within a complex environment in financial industry.
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurship
- Excellent presentation skill.
- 5 years in Sales with at least 2 year in management experience, strong in Market development, Finance, Sales and Marketing
- Able to work under pressure, challenge
- Dynamic & ready to move
- Leadership & management skills.
- Age: above 28 - 40
