- Fulfill monthly, yearly target given by BOD and make strategy plan to achieve target.
- Establish the management system (sale data, sale methods…)
- Sale Agriculture Foods to customers.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and new customers.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; checking contract before getting CEO’s signature.
- Informing to all related department about sales contract
- Keep in touch with customer directly via phone, email…
- Informing customer’s requirement to production department on time
- Receiving complaint of customer and inform to all related departments
- Review the processing of transport from our factory to customer and update to customer on time.
- Review Import - Export Plan.
- Report base on requirement from superior.
- Cooperate & fulfill with any related company activities like committees, projects, audits and training.
- Working hours: 44 hours/ month, Saturday of is flexible.
- Address: Tu Son - Bac Ninh.
- Male, bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Native English (Westen European or American)
- Clients: EU and US.
- Experience in customer relationship management, persuade, analyse.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, diligence, carefully.
