- Set up and maintain good relationship with current/new customers, explore and look for potential customers to meet established sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Follow up with current customer requirement in a timely manner to maintain order from them.
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare orders / contracts
- Work closely with production Department to get right quality and on time shipment.
- Solve problem on quality as well as service.
- Be responsible for business activities assigned by Sales Manager.
- Make customer survey to see their responses on our product design, quality, price, service. Report to Sales Manager to find out solutions and suggest methods for improvement.
- Make assigned weekly and monthly report to Sales manager.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
- At least 02-03 years experienced at equivalent job
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to understand the market and customers’ requirement.
