Follow-up of current customer accounts: Maintain and Develop the relationships with existing customers. Collect information regarding customer needs / concerns regarding lab analysis and advise them. Negotiate term and conditions of sales and prepare quotation. Ensure a good transfer of information between customers and the laboratory. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and establish long term business interest and relationship
Development of customer portfolio (domestic and foreign market): Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients. Negotiate/close deals, handle complaints or objections and establish long term business interest and relationship
Customer support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance and working on after-sales support services
Represent the company: Participate on behalf of the company to seminar / events / exhibition. Be the image of the company through your professional skills and attitude
Project follow-up: Some customers have big projects involving hundreds of samples with different timelines and constraints. Sale executives are responsible to follow projects in term of sample arrival, quotation, delay, and payments.
Payment: Follow with accountant the payment of customers
Reporting: Present weekly / monthly report with direct manager related to customer accounts / market inputs / projects / etc.
- Qualifications: Bachelor level with technical knowledge about chemistry and / or feed.
