- Managing Sale Software system, inputting data to ISOP, printing and filing sale documents out from the Sale Software.
- Keep tracking of Purchase Order between customer and supplier.
- Arranging Delivery term of goods.
- Responsible for delivering goods to customer.
- Responding email from customer and supplier as well logistic services.
- Preparing Invoices, Packing List, Delivery Orders for import and export electronic parts.
- Preparing sale reports following request of manager.
- Supporting Accounting Dept. (Updating internal report, sending VAT Invoice, updating rate exchange....)
- And other works requested by the company.
- Sale reward points is not requested.

OHTORI ELECTRONICS VIETNAM CO., LTD. is an 100% trading foreigner company. Our company is belong to OHTORI CORPORATION located in Japan that established in September 15th 1940. We support our Southeast Asian strategy from Vietnam.
Established in February 2012, we built a sales office in Southern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh city, and in April of that same year we began operations. Our two sale features are as follows:
- We are able to offer supporting that utilizes our contractually bonded ware house to get customers through Vietnam's complicated customs, for both EPE and NON-EPE customers.
- Through cooperation with Japanese companies on site and local companies, we are able to use our extensive parts provisioning capability to offer assembly/unit part development and manufacturing contract work.
