- Greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Responsible for answering telephone, taking telephone messages
- Handle administrative matters including office equipment maintenance, facilities booking and registration.
- Contact with authorities and services, agents.
- Be in charge of incoming & outgoing documents (letters, fax, documents, newspapers)
- Record and make the monthly report on office and outlet expenses (telephone, cell phone, internet, courier, etc)
- Coordinate in travel arrangement eg. Recommend and arrange travel package ( flight, hotel and rental car, etc)
- Provide other admin support at reception areas.
* Education/ Training Qualifications
- College or university degree
- Experience in reception work or related areas
* Knowledge of:
- General office administration/ clerical
* Skills (Ability to):
- Work independently and under minimal supervision
- Good command of English (especially speaking and writing skills)
- Being strong at Computer skills is a must (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, multi-tasking.
