- Training Inspector use small tool : Caliper, micrometer...
- Training Inspector use big tool: Microscope, CMM...
- Training Inspector check dimension of parts.
- Make Appearance Check Point
- Make limit sample card
- Review countermeasure of supplier.
- Check data IPQC, OQC, IQC.
- Action claim from customer.
- Timely report for Dept. Leader when machine or parts have problem.
- Have communication with Inspector when have claim from customer.
