* Job Description
- Develop and implement the QA system in accordance with customers directly, to further understand customer’s requirements and preference as inputs to improve the QA system.
- Leading and training the QA department and support to solve problem related to production and customers complain.
- Set up, maintain quality assurance process and standard in production line.
- Set up KPI yearly of QA department aim and meet the goal.
- Work to meet the key expectations of QC inspectors appropriate, build and maintain effective and respectful working relationships to drive high QC inspector engagement.
- Hold the immediate team accountable for following the standard procedures set in the QA system.
- Collaborate with customers and provide suggestion/advice to continuously quality through the quality assurance process.
- Participate in preproduction meeting as needed to understand customer requirements for upcoming/existing styles and highlight potential quality problems.
- Regularly review internal and customer quality reports, and identity quality trends and improvement opportunities.
* Job Requirements
- Office computer knowledge in MS office/ Excel/ PLM.
- Must be able to communicate and read in English.
- At least Five years experienced in same position.
- Independent, analytical, self-initiative, business-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good experience and knowledge in manufacturing and implement the project of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge in garment construction & manufacturing process in both knit & woven products.
- Good leadership skills and capability communicate with the global customers.
