Project Manager (Inner) - English - Bình Dương

- Management of Tender process for Consultant & Contractor and preparation tender documents, cost estimation;
- Preparation of Fidic contract with construction firm, consultant firm;
- Controlling all documents (Document Control) from Design Stage to Operation stage;
- Preparing tender reports, analyses report, budgets, and other documents;
- Management the cost in the construction comply budget. (Cost Control).
** Working time：Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
** Working place: Thu Dau Mot , Binh Duong. Transportation from HCMC.

- Bachelor Degree in civil, graduated from Technology University;
- At least 05 years working experience in QS/Tender work at construction or QS consultant company;
- English: Advanced written and spoken English skills;
- Ability: Able to work under pressure and tight schedule to meet deadlines.
