- Follow shipment plan
- Make reconciliation
- Prepare Achieved Efficiency Statements
- Update daily band wise WIP detail
- Make ISO report ( Monthly)
- Make sewing completed GMT information ( Monthly)
- Prepare report KPI meeting( Weekly)
- Make production plan ( Monthly)
- Audit 5S ( Weekly)
- Arrange Shipment meeting ( Weekly) and Meeting 5S ( Weekly)
