- Receive inspection order, inspection data from the Coordinator/ Administration and performing preliminary preparation.
- Acknowledge the inspection order to confirm the receipt and understanding of instruction.
- Issue Field Inspection Reports on the completion of an inspection. This report has to be countersigned by the client or his representative present at the site if any. The reports relevant to calculation should be checked and acknowledged by senior inspectors/ Coordinators/ Operation Manager.
- Comply with security and safety procedure.
- Perform the inspection in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance.
- Send all relevant documents, samples, cameras, photographs, expenses, etc., soon after completion of the inspection to Coordinators and/or Administrators.
- Send updates to Coordinators/ Operation Manager/ Division Manager as required and immediately report any incidents/accidents/ high discrepancies during the inspection.
- Review the draft reports equivalent to the junior inspectors’ level III performance. The draft reports should be checked and acknowledged by senior inspectors/ Coordinators/ Operation Manager.
- Complete all trainings required by the Division.
