- Control and handle quality matter of company. Training quality of new items for staff, leader, supplier.
- Make SOPs, manual, quality report, packing way of items in charge.
- Report to supervisor/ manager and support leader work with relate dept solve quality problems.
- Handle any quality/ manpower problem if it arises in department that junior levels can't follow up and check actual abnormal defect of items in charge.
- Responsible for customer complaint handling (include seeking the root cause, solution, answer to customer and follow up effectiveness of action taken)
- Evaluate headcount base on production plan
- Establishing and finishing quality system.
- Attend weekly technical meeting, weekly/ monthly meeting
- Coordinate with MQAA auditor and make corective action relate to QAC dept.
- Detail works will be explained through interviews.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5PM, Satuday 8:00 - 12:00PM
* Company bus from HCM/ Thu Duc/ Bien Hoa to Long Thanh
- English comunication skill
- Computer skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Good comunication and presentation skill
- Have 2~3 years QA/QC experience
