- Main control attendance of employees, labor contract, and others related to C&B.
- Assist HRM to conduct yearly employee satisfaction to understand the employee needed and give suggestion to Team Leader and FSE to improve the system and ensure all the compensation and benefit been solve and giving properly solution
- Assistants develop company compensation and benefit system.
- Build up company policy, procedure and regulation
- Build up all personnel decision related to employee included: transfer decision, discipline decision, resignation decision.
- Train new employees about the policy and regulations.
- Other job assigned by HRM

- Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements.
- Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
- Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation is required.
- Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations
