- Export information from finger printer software, upload data to payroll
- Checking, collecting and managing data of timesheets, production efficiency data to make sure having right data for calculating salary, bonus…
- Gross check with finance for the accurate payment
+ Report increase or decrease with Social agency in Dong Nai province
+ Handle sickness case, maternity in regards to insurance benefits.
+ Carry out procedures with new employees, resigned employees
d-check with finance to timely of payment to explain the employee for case of refused payment by social insurance agency
- Labor Contract:
+ Make Probation Employment Contract and Labor Contract
+ Monitoring and management of Labor contracts
- Other HR tasks assigned by Manager.
