- Assist the user to deal with issues in using computer software in the company.
- Collect and analyze computer-related issues as well as providing a feasible solution.
- Propose and implement appropriate information management systems to adapt to changing business environment and improve the company.
- Adjust the system to get the best use of data sources on the system.
- Manage user rights of the software system in the company.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Director.
- Bachelor degree
- 1+ year experience
- Good knowledge about ERP, SQL..
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong drive for results and ability to work independently
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
