- Support customer's troubleshooting with the maintenance team (Network, Server, PABX, System, Cloud, Security, or Access Line).
- Receptionist-Troubleshooting with customers via call or by e-mail.
- Hearing the customer's problem and sharing to the maintenance team
- Maintain customer relationship.
- Other task related to maintenance of the IT system.
- English skill: Intermediate.
- Female only;
- More than 2 years' working experience of IT support or IT help desk or Internal IT staff
- Having basic IT knowledge (Ex. Network, Server, PABX, System, Cloud, Security, or Access Line)
- Good communication skills, documentation skill.
- Carefull & details.
- Can understand Japanese or worked for IT company is best (not must).
