Mô tả chi tiết công việc

- Update employees information into software, HR data.

- Control C&B include: calculate salary, attendance, overtime, insurance…

- Receive recruitment order from section, interview and making salary proposal.

- Making company regulations, policies and checking the process of implement the regulations.

- Making reports inside and outside company by monthly, quarterly and yearly.

- Other jobs assignment according to leader’s requirement.

Others:

- Working location:Thang Long 2 Industrial Park, Yen My Dist, Hung Yen.

- Working hour: Mon-Sat 8:00-17:00 (Day off on Sat. once a month).

- Company provides transportation from Hanoi to factory.

- Company provides uniform & meal in factory.

- Annual health check and Social insurance follow Vietnam Law.

- Join many welfare activities yearly: football, end year party, family open day…

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Graduate at University in major Human resource management, administration, accounting or others related.

- No need experience in this position.

- Female, age from 24 to 28 years old.

- Good at Microsoft office skills (word, excel, power point…).

- Communicate in English or Japanese is the advantage.

- Well knowledge in Vietnam Law and others decree, circular related to Law.

- Ability to work under high pressure & good communication skill.
