* JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct job analysis, forecast hiring needs and executive recruitment campaigns
- Work with HR Leader and CEO to understand and execute HR strategy of company
- Implement training and development plans for current employees and onboarding new employees
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of human resource-related forms; researches and furnishes employee information to authorized persons as appropriate; and handles human resource-related questions.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintains logs for disciplinary action, training, vacation, etc.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
- Other tasks upon assigned by line manager and CEO

- At least 3-year experience in a HR position
- Prioritizing, planning, management and organizational skills
- Service-oriented and foreign mindset
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Good English command
