- Direct human resource (HR) programs, including recruitment; training, development;
compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation;
staff relation to ensure the organization’s current and future HR requirements are met.
-Develop and establish human resource strategies to formulate annual manpower plans and budgets
- Set out strategy and annual action plan for HR division of the company to comply with Company Business
- Constantly establish, appraise and review related policies and procedures as well as Total rewards to
attract and retain talents
- Liaise with department managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for
their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall HR strategy
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the HR strategy is implemented
effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards
- Make annual action plan of Administration Division, and control implementation to follow the schedule
- Make Budget and Expense control of Administrative Expense of entire company
- Set up and strengthen administration policies and procedures to improve company business operation
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization’s
administrative needs are met
-Be responsible for planning & implementation of all company events and staff welfare activities to promote
professional & good working environment for employees such as team building, year end party, periodic
health check, monthly birthday party, Employee Award
- Organize orientation, training & coaching for subordinates on professional works, service attitude,
company business strategy and division targets
- Other tasks as assigned by General Manager- Working place: Long Bien District, Hanoi.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 year of working experience in the related field
- Good at team work & time management skill
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
