- Manage overall HR & Administration functions.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
- Manage the significant resources growth with developing better recruitment strategies and clear procedures and good administration.
- Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan.
- Well-organized mind and ability to make plan for company recruitment activities.
- Be in charge of making reports and analysis to have proper actions.

- Working location: Phu Ha IP, Phu Tho Province.
- Over 32 years old.
- 6 – 10 years hands on experience in HR & General Affairs area.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Good at using English.
- Candidates can speak Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
