- Build HR plan, HR strategy.
- Advice and revise all admin current policies and develop the new one to ensure that the company run smoothly.
- Build head count budget within the company approval.
- Revise and improve recruitment policy to get talent for ensuring that the right employees and the right job and be accordance with company culture.
- Revise and develop training programs.
- Manage performance: evaluation & tracking, build growth and development plan.
- Improve C&B policy to comply with employee and company demand.
- Make sure all plants to implement company C&B policy in the right way.
*** Work location: Ben Luc, Long An.
*** Company's bus provides from HCM - Long An.
***Working time: Mon-Fri, 8:00--> 17:30, Sat morning biweekly.
- More than 6 years at the same level in multinational and manufacturing companies (>3000 employees).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
