Graphic Designer

- To meet with Marketing Team and establish promotional and communication needs;
- To interpret the Hotel’s business needs in graphic format;
- To develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues;
- To think creatively to produce new ideas;
- To use innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client;
- To be skilled in multi-tasking as graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time;
- To use a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design;
- To produce accurate and high quality work;
- To contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
- To keep abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs.
- To work to meet tight deadlines;
- To be imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design;
- To be proactive in presenting ideas and designs;
- To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other design and graphic softwares;
- To have good writing skills and communications skills;
- To demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Hotel, the brand and the Company
