- Checking the request payment from other department such as Contract, PO, quotation, invoice in daily for make sure that these documentations in compliance as per company procedure
- Book keeping and maintain data input into accounting software
- Keep stock records and do periodic stock count or suddenly if any
- Check & reconcile stock balance between stock-count minute with accounting system
- Maintain and monitor Fixed assets, depreciation and amortization charges, allocation prepayment.
- Monitor and follow up inventory and Cost of goods sold
- Maintain General Ledger & Trial balances w/t end of month reporting and reconciliation.
- Keep updated on new regulations related.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.
