- Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Conveyer line which includes Planning, Operational Control and Executive Decision making roles.
- Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Conveyer line and its departments which includes responsibility to achieve targets setting, output, company’s needs and requirements set by the Factory Manager/ BOM.
- Responsible for the set-up of the Division and its Departments and to establish relevant working standards, Standard Operating Procedures or Manual etc.
- Responsible for the Divisional Budget & Manpower Planning & Control, etc.
- Responsible for establishing training programme for subordinate/new member.
- Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Finishing Division and its Departments
- Responsible to provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation of the respective Factory Manager/ BOM.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Factory Manager & BOM

- At least 5 years in a similar type of company producing high quality furniture
- Well known color making
- Language: English ( both written and verbal)
- Education: College, University
