* Responsible for operating the Digital Transformation Division activities, including:
- Recruiting personnel
- Training employees
- Building internal operating procedures
- Monitoring and guiding staff
- Developing documentation to serve professional operations.
* Directly involved in building, organizing, managing, and implementing Digital Transformation activities for the company, including:
- Developing plans and proposals for applying new technologies/solutions to meet the objectives of the company Digital Transformation Strategy in business operations.
- Establishing a set of evaluation criteria to ensure that digital transformation activities are measured and efficient.
- Coordinating with other divisions to support projects that realize the company overall Digital Transformation strategy and ensure that Digital Transformation projects are implemented according to the plan.
- Responsible for preparing reports as required by relevant SBV regarding Digital Transformation.
* Propose initiatives, improvements, and innovative digital solutions/innovations applicable to the company business operations:
- Keep up to date with new technologies, new solutions, and trends in innovation and technology application in business operations.
- Proactively advise and provide suitable solutions, initiatives, and improvements for Digital Transformation to subordinate divisions.
- Anticipate changes in external and internal environments and consider points that need to be included in the DX plan.
- Design new business operations by adapting to market demands and applying solutions to solve problems.
