- Plan and implement branding activities via targeted MKT channels
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends
- Build up MKT materials for sales activities: case studies/demos for sample projects and existing services; prepare bidding documents
- Perform presales activities: receive customer request or potential customer contacts, analyze customers’ needs, work closely with Production, Technology and other departments to provide / customize solutions for customers, define/agree all project requirements/SOW with customer, suggest pricing models
- Support the R&D activites, set-up and promote new services
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Other tasks are assigned by the direct manager
- 3-year experiences in similar position
- Knowledge and good sense in MKT aspects
- Excellent communication skills

- Good understanding of company business
