- To conduct workshops, individual behavioral training sessions etc. for restaurant and Restaurant Support Center.
- To build effective working relationships with all internal customers, departments and external training vendors.
- To interact with internal customers to schedule and implement training sessions
- To follow up Train the Trainer platform to identify & develop potential employees to build a pool of competent Internal Trainers.
- To follow up training plan of Restaurant Support Center new comers, Departmental training, monthly training.
- Manage facilities for training class, make reports as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Training or related field
- Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Good English communication, spoken and written.
