- Performs a data to doc comparison of incoming loans to ensure data is accurate upon loading to the internal servicing system.
- Define and work with Doc Management team on implementing automated solutions for data to doc review.
-Provides loan boarding quality assurance with direction and guidance necessary to maintain compliance
- Works with internal Quality Control team on streamlining data review processes
- Performs a quality assurance check on loan boarding templates prior to loading to servicing system.
- Work directly with Loan Boarding team on identifying illogical conditions within the transferring loan data.
- Manage Quality Assurance Dashboard for all newly loaded loans and corrects any data integrity issues found.
- Acts as an extension of the Loan Boarding group to isolate data mapping/data integrity issues during the preliminary boarding phase of the loan transfer process.
- Applies knowledge of and remains current on all guidelines
- Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies
- Bachelor Graduate, major: Business Administration; Economics or relating area
- At least 02 years’ experiences working in direct sales of banking products position
- Understanding of banking products & services
- Ability to think analytically, understand the business, perform analysis and communicate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize effectively and efficiently
- Identify Issues and create resolutions quickly
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
