- Conduct training needs analysis for salesmen & sales leadership training programs
- Design & conduct sales & sales leadership training programs
- Participate in the development of high quality training programs for leaders
- Participate in understanding the business needs and gain more specialized knowledge for training
- Meet with relevant stakeholders/ customer to explore further learning needs
- Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

- University/ College
- Degree in Banking, Finance or related areas.
- At least 1 years experience in Call Center area, preferably in banking or financial institution.
- Have a Good oral & verbal communication skills
- Have training skills, logical argument, good judgment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Time management skill
- Professionalism, confidence, ability to handle pressure/conflict and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
