- Support customer inquiries via phone regarding Internet Banking including but not limited to activate token, reset password, reset token, advise customer how to use Internet Banking Application and support other simple inquiries
- Handle customers’ complaints and provide proper solutions to minimize customers’ dissatisfaction
- Perform operational works to fulfil the requested services
* Working place: District 1,HCM
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field ( Banking, Financial, Economic,...)
- English in communicating
- Ability to multitask and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and within a team.
