Apartment Operation Leader (Eng) - Thủ Dầu Một, BD

- Implement procedures for service contractors, instructing service contractor staff in implementing building operation procedures.
- Supervise the daily work of service contractors to ensure the quality of work and services according to standard.
- Set up schedule, regular / irregular meetings with service contractors.
- Coordinate with the BTC PM team to solve the requirements and complaints of Tenants related to the quality of the building services.
- Control and evaluate the quality of the service providers such as Security, Cleaning, Garbage collection, Landscaping, Pest control service, etc.
- Manage our technician team such as attendance, work attitudes and maintenance schedule etc.
*** Working hour: T2 - T7 , 5 day shift and 1night shift/week (Day shift: 9:00 – 18:00, Night shift: 13:30 – 22:30).
