- Conduct training courses for agencies’ staff, related to field collection, call collection and other soft skills;
- Provide consultancy to agencies’ management on the organization of training courses.
- Observe and provide post-training feedback to help TL and agencies’ management to improve the training for staff
- Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training
- Works with agencies to address training issues, instruction problems, design or consult new solutions needs regarding specific solutions of functional.
- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
- Report for line manager about training status.
- Work with agencies’ to help develop line trainers in agencies
- Bachelor Graduate (Training/Finance/Law is a plus)
- At least 2 - 5 years’ experiences in training
- At least 1 year in similar position
- Corporate training in consumer finance background is a plus
- Excellent in training design & development
- Strong is training analysis and measurement
- Excellent in program design & development
- Strong in both verbal & writing communication
- Professional presentation skill and Critical Thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluently in both English &Vietnamese
- Willing to travel and rotate.
