- Office maintenance.
- Visa, work Permit, license application.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Order office supplies.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Working place: Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Hanoi (Daily company shuttle bus)
- Working time: Mon - Fri > 8:00 - 12:00 <> 13:00 - 17:35 (close on Sat & Sun).
- 2-3 years experienced in the same position (at least).
- English language master (4 skills).
- Presentation skill.
- Procurement skill.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Negotiation skill.
- Intermediate in IT software such as: Micro soft office.
