* Administrative work
- Administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence, itineraries and agendas.
- Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with donors and prospects.
- Manage and track driver schedules
* Purchasing
- Purchase goods and services of purchasing process including the buying, selling and distributions aspects of the company; manage daily purchasing activities.
- Maintain the supplier database, purchase records and related documentation.
- Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications, determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability; seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems; develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies.
* Employee Care Support
- Perform tasks and support staff care under the management and coordination of the Direct Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Experience 1.5 or more years in a similar role;
- Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and develop effective relationships;
- Has excellent written and verbal communication and some presentation and influencing skills;
- Has the ability to work through flexibly and collaboratively in team environment to meet changing organizational requirements;
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Business (or Open) mindset - Proactive /Positive thinking.
