* Accounting task
- Follow petty cash daily.
- Make cash voucher in Fast accounting software.
- Check Red invoice information.
- Input supplier invoice.
- Check all payment requests, invoices from supplier. Chase red invoice from supplier for Financial Statement.
- Perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.
* Admin task
- Provide stationery and office small tools accurately and timely.
- Arrangement for hotels, air ticket, cars, clean services, post services, office equipment service etc.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Collect and checking time sheet and leave of HCM office.
- Handling all administrative tasks as being required.
* Others:
- Working hour: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 / Sat 9:00-17:00 (2 Sat off/month).
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
- BA degree, major in accounting - auditing.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting.
- Languages: Communicate in English.
- Other Requirements: Oriented-detailed person, careful and integrity.
