- Ensure customer satisfaction for whole project life cycle.
- Maintain good relationship with customer and support operation department to fulfill their request.
- Personal technique to satisfy customer over expectation.
- Japanese advanced mastery of oral and written business communication style and usage.
- English (in communicating) is a plus.
- Excellent and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Love to meet people and build networking.
- Experience doing project budget and workplans.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office tool.
- Basic (or advanced) knowledge in IT / new technology.
- Knowledge in BPO industry is a plus.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, self-confident and self-conscious.
- Good mindset and high attention to detail.
- Experience with cold calling & emailing.
