- Implement and recommending the most realistics sales goals/strategies for the company based on the customer and market feedback
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products
- Interprets short-and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit, carry out analyses of statistic to determine the potential growth
- Implement all sales policies and procedures to sales staff and supervise them in order to operate sales team smoothly
- Supervised performance of sales staff and help and guide them to achieve target.
- Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Manage and operate sales team in effecient running.
- Manage, training and develop sales staff.
- Hold regular meeting with sales team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate sales with business systems or processes.
- Directly report to Sales General Manager
- All benefits of employee as regulated by Labor Laws, Social Insurance Laws..
- Allowance: Transport; Full attendance; Mobile allowance If the candidate living in other province, we will provide the rental house fee and support transportation to go back home in the weekend .
* QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor Degree at least ( University of Economics field, Transportation, Technical)
* EXPERIENCE AND SKILL
- More than 01 year experience at the same position in the manufacture field
- Experienced in steel field is advantage
- Good leadership and management skill
- Quick problem solving and good analytical skill
