- Promote & build awareness of PHO24’s capabilities to an existing client or prospective client. Build relationships with guests, neighborhoods, communities ( SCO channel: travel agency, office...) and key traffic generators in trade areas
- Drive traffic into PHO24 stores through sales channels
- Develop the business, build up/maintain good clients relationship. Answer questions and respond to guest’s comments and feedback through online and offline channels
- Collect/relay market information to superior maximizing business opportunities.
- Resolves guest problems by clarifying complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Work closely with Marketing Team members to execute Marketing programs.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meeting sales goals
- Transaction growth
- New customer growth
- Revenue growth.
- Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e: university degree, college, etc): University degree, preferably with marketing focus.
- Experience working with/ for travel agencies
- Experience in personal selling and promotion
- Experience in F&B is preferred
- Experience in customer relationship management
