* The job holder is appointed to Manage trade activities of domestic market including Modern trade, General trade, Horeca and Local cafe channels
- Excellent in collect and analysis business operation data (including Sales, Customer, Consumer, Product, Market situation ect.) to deliver the business strategy
- Excellent in trade marketing captured together with product/ brand opportunities to drive profit growth of product portfolio
- Excellent in Plan and execute Trade marketing calendar which follow the brand/ new product calendar and as trade terms & conditions of each Account.
- Work in collaboration with distribution partners (KA/ Sales team) for trade marketing development and execution
- Manage KA/ Sales team and customer relationship build up (both Head office and Store or Sub-distributor) to achieve execution and report as planned
- Work cross functional teams in Sales, Accounting, Logistic and Brand owner to achieve plan
- Reporting (sales reports for system product/promotion, local store marketing, spot check reports)
- Administration (including PR follow up/tracking, petty cash management, weekly expenditure tracking & reports, monthly budget vs actual, yearly budget vs actual).
- Project & Execution support

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Education/ Training Qualifications: University degree – marketing, sales or finance
- English Proficiency
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years at Executive/ or manager level in FMCG – F&B is an advantage
- Knowledge of: Trade marketing plan & execution – 70%
* Skills (Ability to):
- Create Trade marketing plans by channel by account by customer
- Work with KA/ Sales team from distribution/ Sub-distributor and trade partners to set and achieve goals
- Develop trade marketing plans
- Manage trade marketing budget to ensure effectiveness program/ product launch
- Manage supplier/ partner to ensure marketing tools (POSM) are on time, cost and quality
- Lead Sales team to achieve superior products listing on price, on time to store
- Able to work with limited resources
